Tom approached us through one of our networking groups as he was looking for someone to provide monthly accounts’ management. He said that he wanted to outsource some of the operational aspects so he could concentrate on the creative elements.
Tom was pleased that we had Xero experience and was comfortable to handover the monthly accounts’ management to us. Once we had been given access to Tom’s accounts, we provided a fixed price service to update and reconcile all outstanding invoicing tasks within Xero.
Following this we took on the regular activities of invoicing clients, chasing up late payments, setting up GoCardless direct debits and issuing recurring invoices, reconciling transactions receiving via their bank feed and generally managing all aspects of their invoicing.
This partnership has grown to the point where we are able to identify invoice anomalies quickly and liaise with their Accountant when required.
We commissioned Rachel to conduct some remote admin support for our business.
One of the things that often kept me up at night was the mess and untidiness of our Xero account and customer invoicing, customer direct debits and reconciliation. After a brief call with Rachel we agreed to a one-off project to ‘clean up’ our account to move forward and a monthly retainer to maintain this part of our business moving forward.
Since we have started working together, Rachel has done an incredible job. Our accounts reconciliation is always up to date, our customers are all set-up correctly and invoicing has become completely hassle free. We have even noticed a decrease in the time it takes for customers to pay invoices due to Rachel’s follow up methods. All this at an extremely reasonable fee.
